Renovation going on, pool was out, and no breakfast at the spot but gave a coupon to eat some where else.

the room was not so fresh comparing to the pictures available on booking before confirming the reservation. breakfast is not in the hotel but shall be taken within a restaurant to be teach by walk outside the hotel.

Location was excellent for my work location and the Staff was very helpful and pleasant.

Had to check-out early to get to the airport; therefore, did not have the opportunity to have breakfast here. I like the fact that there was a hair dryer in the room. I also appreciated the nice clean room, comfortable bed, a nice shower fixture, and slippers.

Perhaps, coffee, tea, water, and fresh fruit available in the lobby for those who don't have time to stay for breakfast.

The location is great and the hotel has the impression to be one of the better ones in the area.

The services was just ok When I checked out they accused me of stealing one of their hand towels and wanted me to pay for it. I told the front desk that I spelt coffee on the sheets and asked if I could have my sheets changed during their regular housekeeping hours and I placed this hand towel on the bed and slept. Upon check out he said that one hand towel was missing and I said I did not take it. He said that they could check my luggage and I was angry and told him that you can but when you find nothing I will expect my entries stay to be complimentary. I was so angry for being accused and had to stay at the Court Meridian because it was one of the better ones there. My towels that I use at home are far superior than the quality of their towels but I tolerated it because it’s in province of the Philippines. My entire experience was ruined by this last experience to where I will share with many people I know. To let you know a little about me. I am a General manager for Hotels In the US and make a six figure salary and was one million percent insulted. Also, the restaurant would have delivered a better experience if the manager and the staff would not congregate around her laptop looking at the content. Wrong impression and very unprofessional. more ignorance ????

Great location, spacious rooms with sea view

Reception disputed that breakfast was included for our kids, although stated in confirmation. Charging for extra towels.

Location is good. Room sizes are okay. Staff are proactive.

Pillowcases didnt seem clean. There's dirt so makes me think if the sheets are always properly washed and changed

Staff were courteous. Any request was attended to immediately. I would definitely stay here again. Very family-friendly.

Check-in wait time took longer than expected.

The bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean. The staff was very friendly. Many tv channels available. Location was close to the beach. Rooms were quiet so good to sleep.

The breakfast buffet was quite small and one day we could just select from a menu list where only coffee/tea was available. Air conditioning in the room was older and a little bit too loud.

Nothing seemed a problem everything went smoothly with my experience at the hotel.

First night my bed felt so hard and I swapped to the other bed in room same experience, the next few nights sleep I seemed to had settled in the bed .

Spa service provided by the Hotel was excellent. Good value for money.

I did face an unexpected disappointment about a missing towel during checkout. Took a bit longer and I was worried about getting late to the airport.

The restaurant/s!!!!!
